Services

We're committed to providing you with humane services tailored to your companion's needs.

Preventive & curative treatment

Preventive care includes vaccinations, annual check-ups, parasite and disease screening, and general health promotion. Curative care includes treatment of injuries, illnesses and infections, surgery, dental care and pain management. Our team also uses advanced diagnostics such as medical imaging and laboratory analysis to ensure comprehensive care.

Consultation

This consists of an appointment with a veterinarian where your companion is examined to detect possible health problems, discuss your concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan to ensure your pet’s well-being.

Vaccination

In a veterinary clinic, vaccination involves administering specific vaccines to your pet to stimulate its immune system and protect it against certain contagious or fatal diseases, thus contributing to its overall health and protection.

Sterilization

Sterilization is a surgical procedure performed to remove an animal’s reproductive organs, such as the ovaries in females and the testicles in males, to prevent reproduction and control the animal population.

Parasite prevention

Parasite prevention involves the use of medications, topical or oral treatments to protect your pets from external parasites such as fleas, ticks and lice, in addition to internal parasites such as intestinal worms.

Microchipping & travel

Microchipping involves implanting a subcutaneous microchip in your pet, containing its identification information. When travelling with your pet, some countries require microchip verification to ensure traceability and animal control.

Reproduction

Reproduction in the veterinary field refers to the management of animal reproductive processes, including artificial insemination, gestation monitoring, parturition and post-partum care to ensure the health and safety of the animals involved and their babies.

End-of-life

The end-of-life process for our beloved four-legged companions is often difficult. Our procedures involve compassionate discussions with you about palliative care options or euthanasia to relieve your pet’s suffering at the end of their life, while providing emotional support and compassionate services.

Medical procedures

Medical procedures performed by our experienced team may include physical examination, laboratory analysis, medical imaging such as X-rays and ultrasounds, procedures requiring hospitalization, dentistry, specialized consultations, thorough post-operative follow-ups and more.

Medicine & Surgery

Our veterinary medicine and surgery includes the diagnosis, treatment and management of your pet’s medical conditions. This includes physical examinations, laboratory analysis, surgical procedures, post-operative care, owner counselling and more!

Dental care

Your pets’ teeth need to be brushed regularly to prevent plaque and tartar build-up, reduce the risk of dental disease and maintain good oral health. If necessary, we can perform oral examinations, scaling and extractions, as well as manage periodontal disease and dental trauma.

Medical imaging

Veterinary medical imaging uses techniques such as X-rays and ultrasound to diagnose various diseases in animals. These images help our veterinarians identify internal problems and plan appropriate treatments according to your pet’s needs.

Lab analysis

Clinical laboratory analysis can involve the examination of various biological samples (blood, urine, stool, tissue, etc.) to detect abnormalities, diagnose disease, monitor your animals’ health and adjust treatments if necessary.

Hospitalization

When required, our clinic is equipped to care for and follow up with your sick or injured companions who require intensive care or ongoing monitoring. This usually includes administering medication, medical and surgical interventions and appropriate nursing care.
